Order took 9 months to arrive. I had totally forgotten I even placed an order. No communication about delayed shipment or anything. And of course all sales are final so I can't return the items I no longer need. Poor customer service.

The Funko Pops I bought were shipped incredibly well in protectors with plenty of bubble wrap! They arrived in mint condition. I've had some bad experiences lately with pops I've ordered from other sites, so I REALLY appreciate when they are shipped with care. I would definitely order from The Mighty Hobby Shop again.

I placed an order in May of 2022 and apparently completely forgot about it and they didn't send any emails about a delay in the order. I received it Jan 31, 2023. I had meanwhile purchased 3 of the items elsewhere because I never got them even though they were available for shipping at the time of the order. And since all sales are final I am unable to return. It should not take 9 months to receive items that were in stock.

I waited a long time for the preorder but when I reached out for information, I got a timely reply and my items arrived once they were in stock. All the pops arrived safely

For the most part pretty happy with my order. I purchased a 60 pack of the mighty guard protectors. Out of the 60 a few were damaged and could not be used to protect or display my pops.

I waited OVER A YEAR for my product. All of the emails I sent were left with garbage answers. All I was told was it was shipping delays from the distributor. That's poor customer service.

Good customer service would have been sending out an email blast to your customers making them aware of the delay on a regular basis and offering cancellations for anyone who wished to do so with no fee. I don't understand how this is good business. I will never order from you guys again and if anyone asks I will tell them why.

The order was ready, fats and easy pickup. Every item was in mint condition.

The wait time for pre-orders is way too long. I pre-ordered a bundle set over 1yr ago and never received notification or updates from TMHS. It wasn't until i reached out and spoke to someone with customer service did the bundle miraculously just arrive. Shipment was very fast though once confirmed. Not sure if i will ever preorder again but may buy in stock items.

Cool gitd Venom Pop Comic Cover. Glad to have it added to the collection. Mighty Hobby packaged it well, arrived in good condition. Took awhile to get shipped out to me though, but that's understandable with smaller shops having to wait on their distributors to get their product in. Overall, satisfied with my order.

Wonderful packaging, and very timely on a preorder unlike many other businesses.

Didn't ship out my preorder until I emailed about it. I'm sure they had it with them and just decided not to ship it out.
