Do not buy from this store.

I bought some boots from this store. When they arrived the package was unmarked (no branding) and the shoes didn’t even come in a box - just a fabric bag. There was no information at all. It looked like it came straight from Shein. The shoes were a cheap material and very uncomfortable. I asked for a refund as their website reads as if refunds are available. They gave me a generic response about not being able to give a refund (but gave no alternative like store credit or change for a different size). The return/refund policy was so unclear on their website. This was also the time I realised there was no Australian address or phone number to contact.

I recently received my order for the Sundune Mirage Maxi Dress in Grey (Size L), which I purchased for $89.95

It did take about 2 weeks to arrive.

The dress is received looked nothing like the picture! Cheap tacky fabric and sewing! Absolutely pathetic! Looks like something from remu for $10

I request a refund the day I received it. I've received no refund instructions or address to return it.. still waiting on them to reply to my email..

The item I originally ordered, 3 weeks later they said they actually don’t have it in stock. So they gave me a store credit, I then order two items just because I had the store credit and one of the two items I ordered arrived and is the cheapest piece of clothing. The fabric was flimsy and thin and did not sit right. My other item never ended up arriving with them saying they’ve sent them separately and should be arriving soon. 3 months later still nothing and the customer service is pathetic and takes weeks to respond. So I’ve ended up losing about $200

DO NOT ORDER OFF THEM! Most items on their website are not in stock so they give you a store credit but I still have not received anything for my money because every time I order, the item I order happens to not be in stock !? and they do not respond to emails unless you threaten to report them as scammers.

Horrible quality dress! Cheaply made and not the correct colour or style. Material is cheap and nasty! So disappointed!

Do not buy from them! They are scamming customers - I purchased a jacket from this website but what I received looked nothing like the pictures, it was completely the wrong colour, style, size, fit, etc.

I contacted them multiple times to organise a refund but they never responded.

Their website leaves no option to leave a google review, product review, etc. They are just getting away with scamming people!

These people will absolutely rip you off.
Terrible quality clothes (made incredibly cheaply and poorly).
I was entitled to a refund due to the item being faulty (as per their policy online), but they refused.
They eventually agreed to a partial refund when I threatened legal action, but then disappeared when it came to reimbursing me. I haven't been able to get onto them since.

I've been calling and emailing for weeks.
I've reported them to consumer affairs, written public reviews, and reported their social media.
They are getting away with misleading and scamming people.

The product I ordered was like 3 times smaller than what it states in the sizing on the website, it looked nothing like the picture on the website, and After agreeing to refund 30% I never received the refund and they stopped replying to emails. The worst company ever

Not Australian. Does not do returns or refunds. We emailed about refunding a portion for a faulty item and it was promised and never happened. Some sizes are 2 times smaller and quality is bad

This is scam fashion company. Cloths look really nice. But contact email address - Gmail, contact telephone number starts with +1, items return address - Canada or even doesn't exist and they do not accept returns though they have return policy. I bought 2 tops. On their pictures - nice looking, when I opened the bags.. I saw straight away that both tops are small, 2 sizes down. All items are on sale but when you get them you will see that you paid too much as the quality is bad. Please do not buy
