I took a very long time saving up funds…

I took a very long time saving up funds to have my album mixed and mastered. I retained the services of David Glenn in good faith and in the beginning he seemed very genuine. Until he took my money and never mixed my songs or supplied me with the stems and finished mixes that I paid. He claimed to be having medical issues and asked for money up front giving me a discount on a future song. I did in good faith gave him my hard earned money and he has ghosted me ever since. PLEASE STAY CLEAR OF THIS PROFESSIONAL SCAM ARTIST DAVID GLENN AND HIS MIX ACADEMY! KEEP YOUR MONEY!!!! PLEASE DON'T BE A VICTIM LIKE ME!!!!!!

Disappointing with follow-ups

I heard that David Glenn was a talented musician, so I purchased his course.

I am not the biggest fan of the underlying course system, Kajabi, which kept my Apple Pay authorisation and paid for another course material that I am not interested in.

I thought: no big deal. David promised 30 day refund policy. So, I sent an email.
And again, again.

In total, I sent 5 emails to “support[at]themixacademy.com” and one to “david[at]themixacademy.com”. And I received no response.

I understand he is experiencing some difficulties in life, which keeps me from filing a chargeback against his website.

But, David, if you are reading this: please get back to me as soon as possible.
