Great products with fast shipping = happy customer
Great products with fast shipping. All items arrived in tip top condition, lids and plungers taped and held in place, items in bags so if worst case damage happened the mess would be contained. Nice simple reward plan as well. Will continue to come back.

The Modern Man Is An Awesome Store
The Modern Man shipped my Edwin Jagger 3ONE6 Safety Razor quickly. This razor is absolutely gorgeous and it shaves even better than it looks. The Modern Man's price for this razor was fantastic. I am very happy with this purchase and will keep my eye on Modern Man's other shaving products.

I used to obtain my favourite shaving soap (by Derby) from Amazon here in Canada, but it was discontinued. I was surprised and delighted to see it available through Modern Man, not only for a very reasonable price but for $5 (CAD) shipping! Totally impressed, and have re-ordered another batch. Great customer experience both times.

Small item, large box.
The only issue I have with the order is that it was sent in a much bigger box than was necessary for the small item I purchased, however, it was a cardboard box with paper packing so it was recyclable.

Very unprofessional.They want your money without providing service
I am unable to rate ZERO stars,else would be happy to rate so.
Ordered on 29NOV2020.Expected on 2DEC at Dublin.No sign of the parcel.Tracking page reads shipment processed at Bristol.
Contacted Modern man.They blamed the shippers and said they would update me once they hear from Landmark, their shippers.No updates from The Mordern Man for more than a week.
Watch out and stay away.Nice website.That's where the nicety stops.You have been warned....
