I very rarely write reviews and honestly do not know where to start. I had booked this hotel for my daughters birthday, pland with the events team a while ago. we had booked for 3 nights. Exceptional services from start to finish. The Guest experience manager named January Stephens and Mary took care of it all. They made my daughters weekend a magical one. Ever so friendly and accommodating. They arranged and decorated the room with balloons, chocolates and lovely touches to her room which included real rose petals in the bath. Nothing was too much for these ladies and entire staff.The communication from start to finish between them all was exceptional. They treated my daughter and I as if we were royalty. I am a very particular individual, and can not believe I found no fault......
When we first arrived, the entire staff knew who we were upon arrival. Quick check in. We had so much items to bring in like boxes of gifts along with our cases. The concierge named George came with the luggage trolley as soon as my taxi arrived to the destination. George would not allow myself or my daughter to lift anything and insisted that he will sort all of our many belongings out. He was the most friendliest gentleman. I think George was relatively new, as I'm sure in our conversation, he mentioned he was there for a short while and loved his job.
Netley and her manager who works in the Aviary Restaurant Where do I start with these very funny and lovely individuals? They were magnificent, accommodating and friendly. They gave my daughter a mocktail for her birthday and myself champagne. They made sure we chose what we liked to eat. We really enjoyed the food.
Daniel who helped my daughter build her ring picture light in the room. He was only supposed to unscrew a bolt, but ended up fixing the entire thing with my daughter..

The cleaners were lovely. They did a great job cleaning the room ever so quickly. Thank you...
The spa department were great. The service was superb. Shout out to the masseurs Hussain and Ella. Lovely friendly individuals. Job well done. I'm still feeling relaxed ☺
Staff like this, is obviously down to having great management, managed by a great Manager. The entire staff in this premises were all on point. Friendly but very professional. I felt like I had known them for ages. I need to apologise, as I was unable to remember every ones names, as you all made our stay a magical one,for this I feel terrible. Please forgive me. Last but least the night manager who helped my daughter when she slipped outside the hotel and hurt her self. I thank you so much.

Hotel was very nice, looked posh, bed comfy, nice location, quiet, friendly staff.
Downside was that when we looked around our room there were alot of things missing that were in the room description. Only had one bathrobe for two people, no coffee or milk, no fruit, only one bottle of water for two people. There was a layer of dust over everything. It looked as if the room was last used before lockdown and hadn't been rechecked before they gave it to us. Could have been perfect if the few room had been checked properly but otherwise a nice stay.

Very pleasant stay. Could not find fault with anything.
