I really wanted to like this brand. The shipping to Berlin was incredibly fast, and the texturising tool itself smells great. Unfortunately, the positives end there. The product simply does not work for my hair. Even when I use very small amounts and follow the drying and styling instructions perfectly, it leaves my hair feeling incredibly sticky every single time. The biggest issue, however, is their customer service. They heavily advertise a 40 day money back guarantee and easy subscription cancellations. I have emailed them multiple times to cancel my bi monthly subscription and claim my refund, but they are completely ignoring my emails. It is very disappointing to see a company with good logistics fail so poorly at basic customer care. Until they reply and honor their own refund policy, I highly recommend avoiding them so you do not get trapped in a subscription you cannot cancel.
