My experience with 'The Mortgage Expert Group' was superb. The quick responses and detailed answers to any questions I had. Regular updates and, probably most importantly, making a very stressful experience seem very easy going and straight forward. Always willing to help via email or over the phone and also helped out with all the other things that go with applying for a mortgage. Couldn't recommend more highly.

The team literally held our hand throughout the entire process and clearly explained all steps. Ours was a complicated case as we had two mortgage applications running at the same time. When I first contacted Darryl I wasnt sure what to expect, but within a few minutes he'd put my mind at rest, discussed everything I needed answers for and spent time to make sure I was clear on what steps would need to be taken next. He has been excellent from first contact and throughout. Sophie is also superb, professional and quick to respond to any questions and organise whatever is required efficiently.
