Well what a professional efficient smooth service and even on a more personal note .. more advice than I bargained for and a constant update of progress and status more advice and relentless hard work in and out of hours. Phoebe at Lendese is a pleasure to deal with and absolutely took the pressure away from me. We have a 15% Help to Buy loan in place on our property and had to make a decision whether to remortgage and pay it off or start paying the interest. Teon talked this through with us and helped us work out which option made more financial sense.
