Item was fine
Item was fine, although missing the clutch minder cable which was frustrating as it was shown on the item packaging and on the product listing, I think this might be Oxford's fault though. I managed to pick one up off Amazon for a few quid.

I bought a Simpson Venom helmet last…
I bought a Simpson Venom helmet last Monday and had hoped to be out riding with it by now.
Unfortunately, its been 8 working days and I've not only not received the helmet, but I've not even had a dispatch confirmation.
Furthermore, my 2 emails asking for an update have not recieved a response.
In contrast, the gloves and jacket I ordered the same day from Urban Rider arrived within 2 days.
Pretty disappointing, and there's no number to ring to speak to anyone. I'll give it until the end of the week at which point I'll have to phone my credit card company to reverse the payment as unfulfilled.
Edit: Thanks for the response. Understood. I'll gladly change to 4 star once the order arrives.

Helmet sizing
Excellent helmet for the price but sizing is a bit out. I measured for a medium, however after trying out friends helmets I knew I needed xs and it fits a treat.

I purchased the HJC RPHA 11 cructchlow helmet this was far cheaper than any other websites I looked upon, at first I was sceptic of what the helmet would actually turn out to be like and if genuine. I can say this was a great purchase and 100% the real deal, my only critic would be the lack of a contact number and more direct communication
