Excellent communication, brilliant driver (Ros) who was very knowledgeable. I don't hesitate to recommend this service. Our transfer was Geneva to Les Arc 1950. February 2025.

Top class 5* service. Excellent communications. Driver was superb, especially when we had to stop for one of the party feeling travel sick.

We booked a transfer with Mountain Rescue and our UK > GVA flight was delayed, cancelled, rescheduled and then delayed again, all due to UK snowfall. Simon the owner was absolutely superb in rearranging pick up days/times to help us in our time of need. Excellent, speedy communication, all done with a highly positive can-do attitude. Initial contact via phone, subsequently via WhatsApp messages made for a reassuring experience in a highly stressful situation for our group which included a 3 year old.
Hristina, our driver was excellent too, very knowledgable and accommodating to the needs of our party of 7. The taxi was comfortable and delivered us promptly door to door.
Highly recommended.

What a great outfit. We were massively delayed flying into Chambery Airport. Diverted to Grenoble before finally touching down at Chambery around 5 hours later than planned. Our driver Mark hung around for us after we kept both him and company boss Simon in the loop regarding our horror flight! They had every right to charge us far more than they did in terms of an additional fee. That gesture was appreciated.

The VW vans they use are superb. A really comfy and reassuring ride up and down to Les Arcs where we were staying.

Finally, both our drivers, Mark on the way up and Teimo on the way down were lovely people, full of stories and knowledge about the area.

We will definitely use Mountain Rescue again should we return to the Alps. 👏🏻👍

Clear advance communication of booking details, meeting location etc. On both journeys, timely updates on the day before and day of travel. Clean well presented minibuses. Friendly, helpful drivers who were prompt and got us from A to B (and back to A!) on time. Thank you.

I have been using MR for the past 9 years and will continue to do so. They are wholly reliable, responsive, pleasant to deal with and offer an excellent service. I have booked with other transfer operators when traveling to resorts outside MR's area of coverage, but MR remains the most impressive in my view.

The professionalism of Mountain Rescue’s service was 100%.
We have used Mountain Rescue 3 or 4 times previously and as usual, Hristina, our driver, stopped at Albertville for a coffee/loo break. All their drivers over the years have been great and Hristina allowed us, her tired passengers, to relax when we wanted. She asked whether we wanted the a/c on or off and similar with music. She was very attentive to our needs.
We have used Mountain Rescue in Winter and Summers seasons and have always been aware that if needed, one of the office team will always be available by phone or email. They have also always allowed plenty of time for the transfers due to road blocks or other disruptions and on one occasion last year when the roads were particularly bad, an alternative route was planned and worked really well.
We will be back and Hristina was easily worthy of being tipped.

Very easy to book with extremely helpful and lovely staff over the phone. Communication was excellent throughout and my driver kept in touch when I was delayed coming through passport control. The driver met me as soon as I came though to arrivals and the vehicle was parked very close. The vehicle was also immaculate and I had a very comfortable and pleasant journey. Would highly recommend Mountain Rescue for transfers.

We have been using Mountain Rescue for the past few years to transport our (young and often noisy) family between various airports and the mountains and wouldn't use anyone else!
They are very easy to book, with good communications and endless patience and flexibility should things change. On the road, all the drivers we've met have always been super friendly, helpful and above all safe and considerate with their driving.

We had a great experience with Mountain Rescue taking our party from Geneva Airport to Tignes last week. Our flight was delayed by 3 hours and Roz kept in touch with us via text and reassured us that she would still be there when we arrived. Which was a relief.
