Garbage site

Garbage site. Remortgaging my property and before even an on site valuation I am getting valuations based on market moves 20K higher from mortgage providers than what this site claims my property is worth.

This site has no business providing algorithmic valuations on peoples properties, mainly because they suck at it.

Ill informed and irresponsible

ame across by chance an ill informed, ignorant valuation of our property. Contacted them by their web form telling them how to correct it. 28 days later have had no response. No way of contacting them other than the useless webform. Hunted them down (quite difficult) seems to be one man of Property Platform Solutions - (Companies House). But still no way of making them behave accurately or honourably.

I have just discovered that my property…

I have just discovered that my property appears on this website. I have never been contacted or visited by the company or been asked permission to use my property details. The valuation is inaccurate and misleading. Please remove my property from your website,

Take my property OFF your amateur…

Take my property OFF your amateur website NOW!
You need to be shut down, speculating wrongly with no evidence to prove your estimation.
You have never been in my property and you have no idea whether I have a marble staircase encrusted with gold, or 5 bathrooms, or a secret spa, so your estimated guesses are wrong.

Never heard of this company yet listed my house

My house is listed for sale legitimately with an established estate agent. It didn't go on the market until 17/7 /2025 yet this website I've never heard of listed it on 7/7/2025. They have not been invited to value my home yet have valued it substantially less than every estate agent that has been into my home to value it. I have no idea how they got the details on 7/7/2025 or how they are allowed to list properties without viewing them or getting permission from the owners. This could be detrimental to the sale of my property and I want it removing. I'd also like to know how they got the details on or be 7/7/2025 in order to list it. Very dodgy indeed.

Terrible scam website

Terrible scam website. Where do they get the info from to value a house , and how dare they value my house without even seeing it.
They have undervalued my house drastically which could affect a future sale. Basing their price on a property that hadn’t been modernised or extended. They don’t know what’s gone on in my house and how much renovation has been done, and yet they are valuing it based on the run down condition it was in when the previous owner to me bought it . Previous owner had extended the downstairs , put in a new kitchen and bathroom, new heating , rewired etc. And I have further completely updated the other rooms since I purchased it.
And yet this scam website is still valuing my house as a run down house needing renovation, and still saying it has the old square footage as well.
This website needs taking down asap.
I can’t even see how it’s legal ???

dubious sales and marketing tactics of sales affiliates

My response today to their employee Julia’s refusal to remove my details from their marketing portal.

“Julia, I find your refusal to remove my details disgraceful and insulting to anyone's intelligence.

There are rules and considerations around how and when companies can reveal addresses online, particularly concerning data privacy and consent. My privately owned home is not for sale, and you have no right to use it for any purpose, least of all financial gain of your organisation. You need a legitimate reason to directly promote my address and must comply with General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) law in the UK.

Having recently watched the undercover investigation by BBC Panorama, and witnessing the dubious sales and marketing tactics of Estate Agents and their affiliates, I will not cease with my endeavours to remove my information from the web that your company has appropriated to suit voracious financial goals.

Confusing valuations

How can the same house have two completely different valuations.
My property appears twice on The Move Market. Once under the house name, and once under the house number.
Same house, with two differing valuations, at £50,000 difference in valuation .
I have tried to re- evaluate the property on the site but it won't let me.
How does this help anybody, especially if we decide to sell ??

Actively misleading

I'm not sure where they get their data from, but they make some completely incorrect assessments.

For example:

"Since X last sold 9 months ago, it has decreased in price by £5000."

The property is not currently for sale, therefore it has no price. But if we're talking about value, there is no basis for making the assumption that a property has lost 2% of its value in 9 months. This site could negatively affect the sales process for many homeowners.

Also, apparently "people don't tend to stay very long" in spite of the house being built in the early 20th century and only 4 transactions being recorded?

Refusal to remove photographs which are outdated

This company appears to peddled misinformation and when challenged refuses to remove out dated photographs and data thereby giving potential buyers inaccurate information. I cannot understand how or why they are allowed to continue in this way - as the owner of a property and taking GDPR into consideration when requested to remove housing data and importantly images should be removed upon a request -

Illegitimate business

Illegitimate business. They use outdated data pulled from other websites and present it as if it's from the official Land Registry. There's no way to speak to anyone—emails go unanswered and there's zero customer support. Avoid.
