Never do these reviews normally, but since I sourced several pieces through Mr Group, and had a great experience, I thought I should. Yes, competitive with pricing, which is table stakes stuff really. I was more impressed with the personal attention given to my request and needs, being super thoughtful, and advising me appropriately based on those needs. Don’t get that level of service from typical retailers.

Very professional set up - Scott has an in-depth knowledge of watches and is always very competitive on price - would recommend to all.

My now husband got my beautiful engagement ring from The Mr Group and I obviously wasn’t apart of that process, however, my husband still talks about the amazing experience it was and how helpful they were; I can confirm my ring is perfect. I was able to experience the amazing customer service firsthand when we got our wedding bands. They were so helpful when we were picking. They listened to what we wanted and gave suggestions when we were stuck. Also, we left it so late to get, but we still got an amazing service and the rings came with good time. Overall, it was a great experience, price was amazing and we now get all our jewellery there!
