They immediately sent out another pair and they safely arrived. really excellent service and highly recommend their products. I will be purchasing more equipment when needed

Brilliant customer service!
I would firstly like to say the items I received were absolutely top quality and arrived incredibly quickly. However the shin guards were a bit too small. Normally I dread returns, but in this case the customer service was so good it was a very easy process.

Great value.
However I had to get in touch as it had been over a week, turns out they were waiting for delivery, not a problem but a courtesy email would have been nice. Item wasn’t packed all that well either, just a standard envelope that was ripped and open on arrival. Again not really an issue as quality item at a good price.
