What worries me is how they got my details. They have tried to claim an unpaid bill from 2017 from a Swiss domain registry. I am still active with the domain and a simple search shows that I have no outstanding unpaid invoices. The whole set of documents which they sent look very professional but it is all totally fictitious.

They are 100% fraudulent - without doubt.

Never reply to them or else they will think that you are worried - never worry about scammers - just ignore them.

So I’m not alone!
These aggressive ambulance chasing low lives are not a legal team but simply bandits!
I have invoked the police who have may similar cases of cyber fraud against this team and it’s “customers”

Even though we paid our bill of CHF 160, they right away sent another one of CHF 320 trying to scare us with their "Rechtsanwälte" Logo.

I also recieved a letter and contacted the police about this in my country. I can not believe that a company is allowed to bully people into paying fees from scammy webcites.

They are sending me letters and emails to pay money for dating websites I have never signed up to.

Reading everyone review make me feel relief, because I just received letter as well to pay around 130€ for this dating website, which is scam and they never allow you to cancel your membership , even through the phone they say yes, and then they transfer your details without your permission to a different website and ask you to pay again. They never stop .. Don't Pay ! It's organized crime and just scammers .

Initially for a dating site I immediately tried to cancel but the website failed to work, with no cancel option. So I emailed their support email address (with a screenshot) where they said use the cancel button on the site which wasn't there! Have since received threatening letters and emails from Themys-Dyke demanding £289 or it will escalate.

Has anyone found if this is a legit lawyer or had confirmation it's a total scam?

Got the same letter. they want me to pay for something i never bought. This is organizied crime! Its all staged it starts frome trashy dating website which for me wasn't the case but with some fake shops too (my case) and then if you dont pay they ll use more tactics to get ur money like ecollect and then themys & dyke! Dont pay!!

they claimed 323 CHF that I parked somewhere with my Car when I have a proof I was at home that time with the car. SCAM!!! DON`t pay for them!

Trying to get me to pay over 300Euro for a dating sight i didn't sign up to. They are telling e they can hold this against me for 30 years and saying fees will reach over £200,000! all because I supposedly haven't paid a £35 subscription fee.

I also have had several emails from this company, claiming I used some dating website from a country I don't even live in. Their 'proof' is your email address. They try and threaten you with court proceedings etc. They dont have names, addresses, bank details, contracts, nothing, but they obviously pay for a database of emails and then just try and scare people into paying as they think their site looks professional and hope to trick you into thinking theyre real lawyers. SCAM.

I have to pay 277 euros for something I know nothing about. don't pay is the message!

Fake company trying to get payments for a fake dating website

Got a letter send to my home demanding 290$, and like the other comment here, it was about a dating site subscription of 26$ that was yet to be paid. so yeah this speaks for itself
