Tara is someone who has incredible energy and that is energy is put into the room and into the people who do the course. Very insightful person and very helpful. A great experience.

I’m so grateful to Tara for creating the New Horizons workshop and sharing her wonderful wisdom & energy with us. I left with a new sense of clarity on my values, passions and desires. I spent today at the New Horizons workshop with Tara and an amazing bunch of humans. I knew this would be an excellent workshop but I didn't realise the deep impact it has had on me. Tara, you are a joy and so full of knowledge who provides simple meaning to the big things. I was blown away at your abily to strip away all the unnecessary and drill down, pear back the layers, and make such sense of complex stuff that I wasn't able to figure out on my own. You are THE Navigation Coach. Loved every minute spent in your company. Please please please if you are even thinking about doing this workshop....run don't walk! You won't regret it.

Just had a life changing experience with Tara today on her new horizons course. Really recommend to anyone think of doing this. Tara is genuinely such a sound person. She is great at explaining everything and the vibes in the room were high

Working with Tara was a thoroughly enjoyable and invaluable experience. From first contact and through out the process her communication was quick, informative, engaging and above all genuine. From the first session she had identified key indicators of inhibitive thought processes. Moreover her approach encourages you to engage in a very effective and tangible way. Her follow up calls were highly effective in keeping me on track. Without reservation I would highly recommend the services of the navigation coach.

I had a really engaging and thought provoking session with Tara back in July. Just by Tara asking some really simple basic questions got me thinking about what I really want from life, to focus on the things that really matter to me and not to worry about what others think - let them do their own thing! Tara didn't let me away with short answers or necessarily accept my yes and no replies, she has the ability to go deep and to really get you to open up. Would definitely recommend a session with Tara, it is an investment in yourself, you won't be disappointed. Thank you Tara x

What a fabulous way to spend a Sunday morning. Tara's energy and kindness is evident from the moment she greets you. No shortage of tea or laughs. A morning spent with strangers connected by their individual journies. Tara is amazing at what she does. The meditation session was a cry I didn't realise I needed.

What a way to spend a Sunday! Tara, I cannot thank you enough. The warm welcome really set the tone. A lovely small group was very personal and it was an easy group to relax with. The endless tea/coffee and treats were very delicious. The way you explained and guided made it all click! Even down to your playlist! I feel like I've made a vision board that I'll be messaging you about within the year! To finish off with such a powerful guided meditation really closed off a perfect few hours!

I just completed Tara’s ‘September Reset’ workshop and can’t rate it highly enough. Such a special morning to pause, think, chat, laught, create, set goals and chill. The brunch was delicious, the tea was flowing and we left on a post-meditation cloud, with our vision boards, compass journals and happy vibes in tow! I’ll definitely be signing up again next year! I put a note on my purchase to say was a gift for my sister and could Tara leave the invoice out of the delivery. She contacted me personally and put the gifts into a lovely box and it was delivered within 2 days. Super service and gorgeous products

I have worked with Tara over the past two years & more recent attending the New Horizons workshop. This was done in a safe & relaxing space which made you feel totally at ease. Tara has helped & guided me over the last few years & one of the best decisions I have made. I will continue to work with Tara in the future & be focusing on my learnings from the workshop over the next few months.

Tara is excellent, imparts lots of wisdom and has put a lot of thought into providing a relaxing space with plenty of treats and refreshments.The workshop was excellent and has motivated me how to go about pursuing what I need to do for the next 6 months to a year. I loved making the vision board with a specific vision board book and the structure around making it. I Iiked that there was no pressure to share anything personal with the group unless you wanted to. It was a lovely day with a fabulous bunch of people.
