I was very unsure about carrying out a MMI upgrade as Audi will not guarantee no problems when completed. Using Navman seems to have proved that to be wrong.
The process was reasonably straightforward but did take much longer than I expected. In my case about 4 hours It all went as described in the instructions except I could only recognise the SD CARDS in Slot 2
My only issue was that the pdf file with instructions was not emailed when the cards were posted and I had to request it after delivery which delayed my installation.

No problems at all.

All questions i asked were answered quickly and i got the correct updates for my car first time.

Good selection of products for the Nav system in my car. Arrived quickly from overseas. Worked exactly as it should. Instructions were great. Really an awesome way to upgrade older systems.

Such a helpful and responsive person. Ben advised on the best solution for me, provided the data and full instructions for the upgrade.

Purchased the 4g MMI update for my A6. Install didn't go as planned but after some chatting (which was surprisingly fast) it was all sorted and am now enjoying a wonderful updated MMI.

Excellent communication, even before a purchase was made. As the owner of one of the first face lift A7's in 2015 I was extra cautious that I was ordering the right software, but a few quick emails to Ben and his team put my mind at rest and an order was made. I chose to receive hard copies on SD cards and they arrived a few days later. Comprehensive instructions followed and I now have a fully 2024/2025 compliant MMI with Apple car play. Happiness!

Everything that you said was going to be in the update was there. Your instructions were very easy to follow, in fact so easy I thought I was doing something wrong. For some reason in my mind I thought I was getting Google maps but I read somewhere that Audi has that on lock down. With your updates I was also able to change from ATT data to Google Fi. I'm very satisfied with this purchase and would highly recommend The NAVMAN for any of his products. Thanks again

A really efficient and reliable service. I had a tricky upgrade that on my 2015 MY TT. The upgrade was for the latest MMI software including Maps, Apple CarPlay and POI’s. The instructions were easy to follow and all the upgrades worked beautifully. Credit to Navman for making it so easy for me. Would definitely recommend.

I recently purchased an update bundle which was supplied with clear instructions making it easy to install.
I did have a few issues (all down to me) but Ben from the customer service team was very helpful and extremely patient, helping to sort everything.

Fantastic product and service provided even over a bank holiday weekend. Product does what it says and instructions are easy to follow. I fully expected delays due to the order only being placed on Friday evening of bank holiday weekend but I had maps installed by the Monday. Will happily recommend company and products to anyone
