I received the goods a week ago, but haven’t been emailed any instructions of how to conduct the installation.
I have emailed the support team on several occasions with no response. Without the instructions the SD cards are useless, so basically I’ve just lost my money… not happy!!!

Great company to deal with.Their product are outstanding and their service is second to none.

Ordered satnav update and CarPlay for my Audi. SD cards arrived within a couple of days. But installation instructions required. Order confirmation mail said that I should contact ‘support’ for these once the cards were received. Have asked on four occasions for the instructions during the week following but apart from automated replies nothing! Luckily I paid by credit card so should be able to claim money back.

I see that you can no longer order anything from the website. At least no one else can get caught and be out of pocket. And now the website is no longer available.

No news/answer since 2 weeks after I bought and payed the update the 9/8. They answered really fast to get paid, after that no more answer. Don’t know when i will get it or what’s going on with it.

Software to update the MMI installed in about 12 minutes after I figured out how to get into the engineering menu.

Easy shopping, quick response from customer service, quick delivery and everything was as described.

Great customer service, the instructions are exceptionally detailed and just require one to read them and you'll be fine. The staff was helpful when I ran into any confusing parts and a solution was proposed.

Today I installed everything. Software, license, maps and POIs. Everything worked great, everything went smoothly. I translated the installation instructions that THENAVMAN sent me by email into German using Google Translate. This is an advantage if you're only a school English speaker 😉 The only thing to bear in mind is that in addition to the purchase and shipping costs at THENAVMAN, there are also customs fees; in my case, 44 euros.

Fast delivery, instructions where clear and easy to follow. I got the MMI update to have Android Auto, SatNav updates and POIs. The whole thing took ~2hours in total but worth it in the end to upgrade the car.
