No available update - Audi's fault - quick refund
As in the past, they were very responsive. Unfortunately, Audi decided to stick it to their loyal customers and stop providing map updates. They refunded my money promptly. I found another solution - installed an adapter to permit use of Carplay and Android Auto, so I have good, updated maps.

Great Customer Service
I purchased a navigation update for my 2017 Audi A8L. There was a problem getting the updated system to activate (which could have been a problem on my end). The NavMan team was persistent and timely in working through a solution to the issue -- the definition of great customer service. Highly recommended!

Bought the navigation and apple car…
Bought the navigation and apple car play pack. Sent over the version information, stated my car was a 2014 model and informed all was compatible. Received the package, uploaded everything and it transpired the was a drama with the compatibility, Navman said he could sort it out if I paid him another £40 which I did and the navman sorted it out with an OBDeleven. Overall I’m glad I bought the upgrade, and Ben was good deal with. I’m happy.
