If I could give less than one star I would. My son is absolutely obsessed with Neca action figures and has amassed a large collection. He asks for them constantly for all holidays and his birthday. Up until a couple months ago I ordered the figures on eBay, Amazon, etc… all was well in the world until I placed an order on the Neca site for something my son saw on there… what followed is absolutely the worst possible experience I’ve ever had with an online shop. Rude, aggressively unwilling to assist, I mean the list goes on. I suggest that no one use the direct online store to purchase anything.

terrible products, terrible service, dont waste your time or money with these scammers

Been trying to contact Neca for weeks now. They sent a package with missing figures in it. They have no responded to a single email and I feel I have been scammed by Neca. Which is very unfortunate considering how much Neca figures I collect.

Horrible website experience. Purchased and paid for goods. no updates. After a month i see my package is somewhere in the city, with no details of the courier.

Contacting the Neca guys all i got was to contact the delivery guys. I keep asking them to understand that there is no courier details, so who do i contact? The tracking site seems super scammy too.

I hope they turn this around. Customer service is very bland in replies. No names or courtesy,
