high charges, low standards!

Staff members and an engineer wearing outdoor shoes in the wet area and around the swimming pool shows lack of attention to detail and standard hygiene.

Cecconi’s was selling a black truffle pasta, but used truffle oil instead. The Angelotti from Cecconi, is that was supposed to be black truffle, used Chinese Truffle, which tastes of nothing. The buyer should always be aware, but the Ned tries to stand out and be great, but it’s far from it.

The changing room showers had little or no shower gel in any of the seven shower, cubicles, and the attendant, who was notified, did nothing to change this.

The staff at the Nickel bar were quick to add the service charge to the bill, and then tried to proceed to remove candles from the table before those drinks have been finished. This is fine if you’re in Wetherspoons, but these prices are clearly not Wetherspoons, this is not five star!

All of this was told to the reception upon departure, but I have serious doubt that the Ned take any of this to heart, as it’s purely a numbers game.
