Don't provide what they promise.

I bought tickets through Eventbrite for the family Ceilidh Sat, Oct 26 • 3:00 PM at Grand Junction. It was the worst Ceilidh I have ever attended.
By 3.20 no music or dancing had started, just a load of kids running about playing like it was a school playground. I asked when the music would start.
I was told, when enough people get here. There were lots of people there. The man I asked said angrily that I was rude to ask when it starts. Plainly a woman challenging a man is BAD.
I asked for my money back.
They refused. I left around 3.30.
'When enough people are here' is punishing the people who get here on time.
This bad event has discouraged me from buying tickets online.
