Update: with the help from PayPal I got my money back. Don't fall for this scammer.

Agree with the previous negative reviews here. The products were sent without a return voucher, and then I realized, that not only does the website make it difficult for you to find their contact information, but the customer service number DOES NOT EXIST! I requested them to call back, but the call-back didn't happen. I paid with PayPal, which is my only hope to ask for my money back.

Ordered ages ago. Had to chase them, then I get an automatic email saying its on the way, but it isn't true. All that might be fine, but absolutely no communication from them, nothing direct, nothing clear. Would not recommend.

Most professional looking SCAM I've ever encountered.
Upon returning some items I bought with the company, they didn't issue a refund. I discovered to my horror, that the contact number does not exist and the emails I tried writing would come back as undeliverable. They never reacted to the letter I wrote to their address, nor to my paypal claim, and because the Articles were delivered initially, paypal did not cover them not reimbursing me for the return. I have now made a Police Report and reported the False information in their Impressum. Horrible experience, stay away!
