NOT What i paid for! NEVER again from here

Received Benfica Jersey that said we could put a name on it.received today although in morning that checked still had not shown is being delivered which is awesome cuz glad to get BUT what we paid for NOTwhat we received.material awesome, size correct but name was missing in back. all it said was Sagres.. not name of the player we chose.I tried to go back on site n make a complaint unfortunately to my surprise the site cannot be reached.order # 611993 in case someone responsible sees this n know that a child that was longing for this jersey n we thought we will be getting n paid for, will be very disappointed.in general in my circle n family we order a lot of sports stuff,from this site never again..shame, disappointed

I ordered a Vasco Da Gama football top on April the 22nd 2025. After 7 days I did not even receive a email notification confirming the usual order number, delivery times etc despite the money leaving my account. I contacted them through their contact page and I received a order number and a tracking number for Royal Mail a few hours later. I clicked on the link and it said "pre transit". I kept clicking on the link every few days and it still would say "pre transit". Now!!!!! ....a month later, still haven't received the product. I contacted the company again asking them where is my product? It has been a whole month. They sent a email a few hours later with a "hello" and the same royal mail tracking link that I was given originally and guess what it still said "pre transit" when you clicked on it. A few more days later I contacted them again and they again sent the same email saying "hello" and again with the same link that still said the same "pre transit".
This time I contacted my bank, who refunded my money and are now in dispute with this pathetic company.
Now funnily enough after the bank has got involved , surprise surprise!!! These jokers now send me a email containing more than a one word "hello". Now they are pretending that they are concerned about where the package is, there are "issues" with the delivery blah blah blah.

On April 29, May 6 and May 12, we emailed you the exact same tracking link; those timestamps match our outbound logs.

Prompt Follow-Up

At no point did you request clarification on what “Pre-Transit” means. We explained it clearly as soon as you escalated.

You only opened a dispute with your bank after you chose not to engage with the information we’d already provided.

NO UPDATES

Haven’t received any updates of my order it’s been 6 six days and I’m trying to be hopeful and put my trust in this website after family and friends recommendations but after reading some comments I have been starting to have a weird feeling that they aren’t trust worthy. But I will be waiting another few days before properly giving my full opinion.
Edit- 28th may and I have still not received it despite receiving an email saying they have dispatched it and gotten a tracking number from Royal Mail

We shipped your order on May 22 and immediately emailed you the Royal Mail tracking number . All subsequent scans and status updates are handled by Royal Mail’s network—if you’re still seeing “accepted” it means their sorting centres haven’t scanned it yet, not that we failed to dispatch.

If there’s no movement by May 31, please contact Royal Mail quoting your tracking number. If they can’t provide an update, let us know and we’ll escalate on your behalf. This delay is entirely with Royal Mail’s tracking system, not our fulfilment.

Shocking communication and misinformation supplied. Avoid.

Placed an order on 3rd May.

I heard nothing till 12th May when I emailed them. They replied saying “your order has been shipped, we will send you a tracking number in a few days”…

If it was shipped why not provide tracking number there and then?

5 days later on 17th May I received a tracking number saying it had been shipped that day, the 17th…

Tracking on Royal Mail showed they didn’t receive the parcel till 23rd May and they delivered it on 24th May so I have no issue with Royal Mail.

So it seems it was posted 20 days after order, with a shocking level of communication and misinformation supplied.

I’d steer clear of this company for the reasons listed.

Utter rip off...avoid at all costs. (Updated, please read))

Utter rip off, ordered a shirt 3 weeks ago heard nothing..please don't use as they are a sham. The good reviews on this site for them are basically the same but with different teams mentioned, so obviously these are fixed.
Again avoid at all costs, will hopefully claim my money back through my credit card provider.
After submitting this review I have now heard that they have sent the shirt so apologies, its just that all the positive reviews seem to have the same wording its just the teams that change. So hopefully it will be with me soon, again sincere apologies.
Another update. The shirt and shorts arrived but there is no sign of the socks as I ordered them all together. I would love to contact them directly but I cannot see how you do this on their website so it seems that the only way to get their attention is through Trust Pilot. So hopefully they may see this and respond to me. Yet another update, after numerous emails to them they are refusing to respond re the non delivery of the football socks, so I go back on my self and would never use them again as they have ripped us off. Never again, you have been warned.

Updated Review - Apologies to New Kits for my Previous Review

Apologies for the poor review I previously posted - I have now amended this. The item I purchased has since been delivered exactly as described, all be it 3 weeks after placing the order. In my defence I had emailed them for an update and not received a response within a week. With regards to my claim that positive reviews were fake, I arrived at this conclusion as the wording of nearly all the positive reviews I checked were nearly identical, which seemed suspect. However, perhaps Trust Pilot provides default wording. Not sure. Either way please accept my sincere apologies.

AVOIDDDDD!!!!!!! SCAM, Ordered Nike Vapors and its been more than a month since ordered and still nothing, provided a tracking number when i opened a case with clearpay but i believe its fake they then accused me of receiving the item, but are clearly thick and don't know how Royal Mail tracking works in London, you can see from Royal Mail 48 tracking where an item is and from this that i never received the item and its not even at the post office yet and was supposed to be delivered within 48 hours of 12th April its now 17th. I think the tracking number is fake and the company ignored all my emails only when i opened a case with Clearpay did they respond to my email and tried to say i ignored their emails but again i have receipts of proof as to who was ignoring who. AVOID Very silly company never once did i say that the boots arrived in good condition show me where i typed this and secondly be very careful with your words because i have evidence and proof that you have ignored me which will make you and your company look very silly and like liars i wish i can post it here but i cant and have sent the evidence to clearpay, as far a royal mail is concerned and the 48 hour tracking i will help you out go to their website its says aim to deliver between 48 and 72 hours, you took longer than a week after you sent the item by 48 hour delivery make it make sense, you cans ee from the rest of the reivews on here you do. the same with everyone, i tried to email you that the boots i got were damaged i sent images of the damage and you still ignored me and again only responded when clearpay got involved again i have proof of this so why lie? and as of 15th May 2025 still being ignored and they said to go through the correct channels for communication, i have tried multiple times but am being ignored which is why i came here.
