Ordered sons kit a month ago. Still no sign.

I never received my order! I contacted their customer service a few weeks after placing the order & they said there were Royal Mail delays. After approx 8 weeks I emailed again asking for a refund or a replacement item but received no response! I’m really disappointed in the service & the fact they’ve just taken my money! I would not order from them again!

I ordered the Real Madrid away kit, and honestly, I was expecting decent quality—but this exceeded my expectations. Feels exactly like the official ones you see on match day. Worth every penny!
