Ik had schoenen besteld. Vallen helaas te klein. Heb ze retour gestuurd moest ruim 30 euro betalen en dat moet ik zelf betalen omdat ik ze volgens hun te klein “vind” bestel hier nooit meer wat.
Ze sturen schoenen in de verkeerde maat. Na proberen blijken de schoenen 3 tot 4 maten kleiner te vallen dan de daadwerkelijke maat. Ze zijn geprobeerd door ons met 4 verschillende maten voeten. Bij contact geven ze aan dat het niet mijn probleem is en ik de retour zelf moet betalen. Er is geen contact of gesprek mogelijk met deze “klantenservice”.
