I bought this product for my wife to celebrate mothers day, while i was customising it, the page said my session had timed out. So i had to recustom everything, i added to cart and did made sure all the customisations were still there and they were so i paid and waited, when the product arrived it arrived in a lovely box but the product only had the customised location, not the grid not the personalised message. Just the consolations and the location, i contacted them and they told me it was my mistake not theirs and I'd have to pay for a replacement.

So sorry that you didn't notice the missing customisation in your order confirmation email while there was still time to edit, and make any changes you needed to make before the order was processed.
We are extremely concerned that our orders reach our customers with the intended design and messages. It is with this purpose in mind that we offer a period of 24 hours for standard shipping orders and 4 hours for express orders for customers to review and amend their orders, during which time they can change any details necessary and even hold orders if details need to be confirmed. We understand that our customers are only human and mistakes can happen which is why we offer a very generous discount code if a typo or omission does go unnoticed by the customer.
