CRIMINALS! I sent expensive shoes to buyer, and since then no money come to my account, I have inquired for weeks with their CS and they replied today there is no money to claim, I already got payout, like sent to where? I have been chasing them for my money, this platform is dangerous if this is how they are doing business. Be very careful selling your item here, as I am writing this, I am still fighting for my money to be sent to my account for over a month now

As BY FAR is one of our brand partners, sellers have the option to claim either 90% of the value in cash or 100% in store credit. Once your item is sold, our system generates the payout notification email on a Saturday, and we respond to your inquiry first thing Monday morning.
There was indeed a technical error, which we fixed immediately, and we promptly responded to let you know the payout was ready to be claimed. We also sent several follow-up reminders via email. The payout was then successfully claimed by you. In fact, we can confirm that you’ve had three successful sales on our platform, and all three payouts have been fully claimed.
We are a venture-backed startup (funded by 6VC) and operate under rigorous financial oversight and reporting. It is impossible for funds to be lost or unissued; however, as a young company building on new technology, occasional bugs can happen, and we work to resolve them as a priority every day.
We’re happy to provide a full communication transcript, including timestamps, follow-ups, and confirmation of the successful payout.
