Good socks for the price
Good socks for the price. I'd like clear information about the fibre contact. The companies communication could be better,delivery was a little slow and they were difficult to contact.Facebook page was lacking in background contact.

Disappointed
Disappointed that Nordic Nook uses a similar name to Nordic Socks but sock quality is so much poorer. Easy to mistake this company for the better quality Nordic Socks.
No indication on the packaging about the fabrics used to make them.

The Nordic Nook Co is an independent UK brand with its own designs and supply chain. The word “Nordic” describes a style, not a trademarked company name, and many brands use it legitimately. We don’t claim to be Nordic Socks, we don’t imitate their products, and our website, emails, and packaging clearly state The Nordic Nook Co.
Regarding quality, our socks use a blend chosen for warmth, softness, and durability. Fibre information is listed on our product pages, and our packaging is deliberately minimal and recyclable, which is why the details are not printed on the bag.
It’s also worth noting that you haven’t emailed us or contacted our support team at any point to request help with your order. We always resolve issues quickly and fairly when customers reach out.
We’ve delivered hundreds of orders to happy customers, and our Trustpilot feedback reflects that. Still, if you’re unhappy with your purchase, we’re more than happy to discuss your concerns.

An excellent purchase…
The goods looked exactly like the photos in their advertising. Arrived well packed and swiftly. The items seemed to be good value for the price and to be well made.
My only negative comment is that the material wasn't very soft, but they may well soften after they are washed a few times.

Not as good a quality as expected
Not as good a quality as expected. Too small, too thin. Disappointed.
Updated after customer services read above review and contacted me.
They said as I was disappointed with the quality and size they would reimburse me. This they have NOT done.
I've since bought a pack of Norvic socks from another company, which were of a superior quality and larger sized.

Excellent customer service
Nordic Nook's customer service is exceptional. Unfortunately the socks didn't fit my husband (he's a Eur 43.5) which was such a shame as they are such a great design and lovely material, but customer service was very fast and refunded. Highly recommend if you have smaller feet (less than Eur 42)
