Avoid
The first thing that raised a slight red flag was the rather spammy-sounding name, although the website itself looks professional and well designed.
Unfortunately, the product didn’t live up to the presentation. The bag felt poor quality, the strap was a different colour from the one advertised, and it didn’t have the configurations shown on the website for wearing it in three different ways.
Delivery was fast, which was a positive. However, the website advertised free returns, and this turned out not to be the case. The process of trying to arrange a return by email was also quite unsettling. The communication left me with the impression that they were aware the service wasn’t matching what had been advertised.
Overall, the website gives a much better impression than the actual product and customer service experience. I would be advise not ordering from them, particularly if you think you may need to return the item.
