I visited the Nurse Clinic this week due to an ear being completely blocked with wax. The clinic was stylish, relaxing and spotlessly clean and Donna was extremely professional and resolved my issue quickly.

Relaxed but professional atmosphere. I had been having hearing problems and needed an assessment. Donna painlessly cleaned ears. Making the appointment was easy. Parking easy. Worth every penny.

I have been attending The Nurse Clinic for several years to have my ear wax removed and every time has been a pleasure. Donna is friendly and professional and the whole experience is quick and efficient. Thank you once again.

Linda the receptionist was welcoming & chatty.

Donna, the nurse practitioner was lovely, very friendly but also professional, efficient and obviously very skilled at her job.
The appointment was very quick.

If you are able to afford it then have this treatment done here, I would definitely recommend it.
As a registered nurse myself, I preferred to have a qualified person, who has knowledge of the anatomy and physiology of my ear and is professionally trained, doing it for me rather than pay less to have it done on the high street!

I had a very pleasant experience from start to finish. The location was spotless, well organized, and had a very calming atmosphere which immediately helped me feel comfortable. The staff were all welcoming, friendly, and professional.
Donna was exceptional. She is clearly very experienced and knowledgeable, and she explained everything clearly which really put me at ease. Throughout the entire process she was attentive, patient, and made sure I felt relaxed and comfortable the whole time.

Easy to book online, appointments were available for the next day. It's great to be able to park very close to the clinic in Astwood. I was made to feel very welcome when I arrived and was seen promptly. Treatment was done very professionally and effectively. Highly recommended.

Having failed to get an appointment at my doctor's after trying many days l turned to this private facility.i am so glad i did.The warm welcome when I arrived.to the superb caring service and analysis I received was so refreshing.a breath of fresh air.

The nurse clinic is very pleasantly located at Astwood and great for parking. The clinic is operated on a very friendly and professional basis by Donna Dady and her team. My wife and I were made to feel relaxed and comfortable from the moment we arrived.

On-line booking-in process was very straightforward. Instant responses and they were able to see me within just a few days. They have an option to attend late afternoon (after 5pm) meaning I didn't have to take time off work and could just call in after work on my way home. I was nervous as a had a skin tag right next to my eye, buy Donna was very re-assuring and calming and has an experienced and steady hand! She did a great job. It was pain free and apart from about 24 hours of slight reddness, after that you would never know there had ever been a skin tag there. Very pleased with result.

My second visit for ear syringing. A really nice environment and easy free parking. Dr Donny is very helpful and explained what she was doing.

An honest review - written by a parent who took their little girl. A brilliant team who were absolutely amazing in caring for and treating our little one. They were very accommodating over the phone and managed to get us seen straight away. Once we arrived, we were greeted by a lovely lady on Reception and seen by Donna. The manner in which they spoke to our little girl before we went in is exactly what made the experience as easy as it was. They were kind and chatty and made her feel at ease. Subsequently, the appointment was as easy as it possibly could have been and the focus on her wellbeing was the focus throughout. I would highly recommend the clinic and any little ones with ear difficulties - it’s worth it. I’m so pleased we found this place and will be visiting again if ever we need such brilliant care! Fantastic service, Donna is very friendly and knows how to make you feel relaxed. First time I’ve had my ears done, and I must say, I don’t know why I waited so long! Highly recommend!

I would like to say what a great place you have, friendly staff, it’s clean and efficient. I will be returning on a regular bases. I suffer with my ears and couldn’t find anywhere that does irrigation on your ears, went in deaf came out and I could hear. Just brilliant.

Another visit to The Nurse Clinic and another success story. I had cryotherapy treatment and felt very comfortable, the clinic is spotless and welcoming, you are looked after from the moment you walk in. Donna is extremely knowledgable and I 100% recommend this clinic to anyone.

My first visit to the Nurse Clinic has been transformational : I arrived with impaired hearing from ear wax build up and ear infection , and left with all the wax removed , hearing restored and a comprehensive treatment plan.

Not only did Donna conduct the most thorough ear examination I have ever head during which she explained , jargon free, precisely what was happening in my ears , diagnosing the problem and the treatment options but she also wrote the prescription so that I could start treatment that same day following the brilliant microsuction treatment.
