Ordered a free sample which ended up not being free. I wasn’t asked to pay any postage but then when the sample was being delivered Royal Mail notified me that insufficient postage had been paid and that I needed to pay to receive the parcel. At no stage was I asked to pay towards the ‘free’ sample or its delivery.
