I hired Kylie and her team to manage the bar for my large Indian wedding last year, choosing their “unlimited alcohol” package. Kylie assured me that everything would be handled with the utmost professionalism. Unfortunately, the experience was anything but.

Not only did they run out of alcohol halfway through the reception — which was completely unacceptable given the package I paid for — but one of the bartenders was seen drinking on the job and ended up severely intoxicated. It was embarrassing and upsetting, especially for such an important event.

I had high expectations based on the glowing reviews and the premium price I paid. When I tried to address the issue afterward, Kylie informed me she had left the company and was unable to help. I felt completely dismissed.

Please don’t be misled by the glamorous marketing and celebrity photos. In my experience, this company was unprofessional, unreliable, and ultimately a huge letdown during what should have been one of the happiest times of my life.

I would give more stars if I could. Kylie was absolutely lovely. Not just in the prep but on the day her, Phillip and co were the best. So many guests commented on how great they were. The cocktails were to die for too! So much that barely anyone touched our wine haha. Not only this but they adapted to the ideas we had and just help make our wedding day the best day of our lives! Thank you
