Quick deliver, looks lovely and so easy to assemble.

Allowed me to purchase the item and then they cancelled the order because they dont deliver to my address in Northern Ireland. No email to explain or apologise just a refund invoice. Pretty poor service.

The product didn’t comply with health and safety legislation, which is extremely concerning considering they sell products for babies and children

Lovely teepee. I chose it as its doors meet - lots of others don’t seem to. Easy to assemble. Could do with a bag to store it in when not being used, and a flap to cover the window would improve it, but not huge issues, and overall, I’m pleased with my purchase.

Absolutely thrilled with the beautiful neutral tent I bought. It fold down really easily for storage. My grandson loves crawling in and out of it and has worked out he can put things in the pocket.

Ordered a teepee yesterday and just received a partial refund- with a small note below the item that they cannot deliver to my address. Item page also states nationwide delivery-"Nationwide delivery" in the UK generally means that a service provider covers all4Home nations (England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland)“ Have only received a partial refund so far as they have not refunded the delivery charge. Not given an option to change my delivery address. Not a great first impression.

I ordered a Tepee well in advance of my granddaughters upcoming birthday (order no #4742) which then appeared to go missing.
After contacting T&R customer service email (unfortunately no telephone is available) they chased the order with the courier Evri - it arrived just in the nick of time
Lovely Tepee which my Grandaughter was delighted with.

Great products, we ordered the Silicone 5 piece feeding set which is perfect for weaning, very easy to clean and good quality. We also ordered the stacking stars which our little one loves and great for teething.
