Terrible quality. Ordered the silver beaded necklace with grandkids’ names.
Beads look and feel like plastic. You can’t see the names engraved, it’s too small. The quality of the chaIn is of poor value as well.
The pictures will fool you. Very disappointed. No refunds just returns.

Never purchase anything here £150 jwellery gold here which i have worn onceeeeeee. Within a month the necklace black. I am even shy to wear it. Please please avoid at all cost. Dont be as silly as me.

Ordered an infinity white gold bracelet, nice packaging, delivery time ok, but it's so thin you can't see I have a bracelet on. Very disappointed for the £250 price tag. Will not be ordering anything from this company again.

This company is a scam. My boyfriend paid almost $200 on a bracelet for Xmas. He ordered it in August and it barely came in in time for Xmas. When he gave it to me, it immediately broke in my hands and when I looked closer was very tarnished. I contacted them and they said they won’t refund me (even with the warranty) but will send a replacement. The replacement was even more tarnished than the original, looking almost black. They still won’t give him the money back. Total waste of $200 and horrible customer service

Wish I’d read the reviews before buying from this organisation.
I was gifted a credit note for Christmas and ordered a necklace - never arrived and ever since (54 days and counting) I’ve been asking for a refund - no chance only another credit note offered.
Cant see anything else in their rubbish selection what I want but now have no choice.
Fingers crossed the next order 1) arrives 2) isn’t as crap as others say the quality is 🫤

After initial problems placing the order via their website, I was disappointed with the names/birthstones necklace I received as I can barely see the engraved names. It did however arrive well packaged and before the due date, given the number of countries it had been to en route to the UK.

Listen to the reviews about late shipments and promises, super dissapointed.

I purchased 3 stackable rings with names and birthstones which looked great. They have only lasted just over 2 years. One has split down the middle and another the stone has fallen out. Customer service unable to help fix as outwith 2 year warranty. I have cheaper rings that have lasted over 50 years! Avoid at all costs.

Bought the Rory chainlink bracelet with custom charms. Beautiful piece of jewellery with all my family’s names on the tags. Sturdy bracelet with a high design element to it. Already had compliments. I love it.

My bracelet was gorgeous, but within an hour it started falling off. It was a $250 Christmas gift from my husband and by Jan 4, it was lost. The clasp had zero integrity. I contacted them and they were “so sorry” admitting that is poor quality, but they were not willing to do anything about it.

I am posting this review to warn other consumers based on my personal experience.
I spent approximately $250 on a product that was presented in a way that strongly suggested it was gold. Only after receiving the item did it become clear that it is not real gold, but rather another metal with gold-colored plating. This was extremely disappointing, especially since the item was purchased as a gift for my wife, who is familiar with gold and jewelry.
In addition to the misleading presentation of the product:
• There is no reliable customer service contact, such as a phone number
• Responses are automated and do not address the actual issue
• I paid for expedited shipping based on a promised delivery date, but the order did not arrive in time, making the paid service useless
• There appears to be no proper delivery tracking or accountability
After researching further, I found that many other customers report very similar experiences, which suggests this is not an isolated incident but a recurring pattern.
I am currently seeking a fair financial resolution, but I believe it is important to leave this review so others can make informed decisions before purchasing.
I strongly recommend that potential buyers research carefully, read the fine print, and be cautious with unclear material descriptions and delivery promises.

I wish I could give less than 1 star. I should have paid heed to the awful reviews. Scam.

Ordered a necklace on the 1st of December and was promised delivery 15-16 when it didn’t arrive I chased it up and it was promised before Christmas then chased up again ad they said another 3-4 (27th) days and were now past Christmas with no sign of it, definitely coming across like a scam

Absolutely scammed, ordered a necklace for my partner on the 2nd of December for guaranteed delivery by the 17th, contacted customer services and the service was appalling, still waiting for the item to arrive and it’s two days before Christmas, wish I’d read the reviews before ordering

Horrible experience my boyfriend ordered a birthday present for the 3rd of December for me and it was ordered atleast a month before and they never sent it, I don’t recommend buying from thiis company as the just scam you.

I ordered a birthday present with guaranteed delivery 16th-17th, Its now 19th and was meant to be a birthday present for yesterday. No updated whatsoever and see my item was made days ago and not moved.

I ordered a necklace for my Mother's birthday but still didn't arrive yet, I contacted them before they said it will be definitely here before the date but the Birthday passed and still no package arrived. I am still waiting for their response. Save your money especially if it is an important

The bar was a lot smaller on the necklace than the bar that was shown in the videos. As no other size was advertised this means the company were being misleading . The chain is so thin I will have to buy another one , it’s pretty pathetic . The quality seems ok but unfortunately they are untrustworthy.

I bought the Bee Loved Locket with Mother-of-Pearl and I’m honestly so impressed. The quality is outstanding — it feels solid, looks beautiful and the details are perfect. Delivery was quick and the whole experience was smooth. Really happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend.

I bought a ring that was three rings intertwined. So disappointing. Very thin, cheap material. The silver plating has started scratching off from the rings rubbing against each other and I’ve only worn it under 2 minutes.

I was cheated. It cost about $70 for something that feels like it would have come out of a gum ball machine.
