Broke after 2 days used twice
Very disappointed I’m afraid the diffuser was a lot smaller than I thought & cheap plastic wood effect I was hoping it would be real wood
I have had it 2 days used it twice went to use again and noticed the top has broken away looks like the plastic has melted inside will not be buying again will ask for a refund I do not recommend

I placed on order nearly 3 weeks ago
I placed on order nearly 3 weeks ago. On the web site it states orders are sent out within 2/3 days. I only received an update on my order when I queried it.
You said you were expecting a delivery the day after and my order would be then sent out.
Over a week later im still waiting.
No update. So again I have sent another email requesting an update..
I'm a little disappointed 😞

Bought as a present for my wife birthday
I bought oils and a diffuser for my wife birthday as a replacement for candles. Customer service was brilliant. I asked if this would be an issue since we have a cat and they confirmed it wasn’t and they also advise which oils were the best suited. My wife is very happy with the gift! Good purchase.
