The processing and shipping was quick. I was most impressed with the condition of the game when I received it. The game case, manual and disc were in mint condition! It is becoming harder to find older games so when someone takes the time to ensure these games are in excellent condition it means a lot to me. Thank you for your integrity and devotion to game preservation.

Also I appreciate you putting a piece of paper towel in the case to protect the discs. Not many people think to do that and the game gets scratched to hell in the mail. Pretty awesome.

I had a great experience trading in my vintage video games. Everything was upfront and easy to understand. The only thing that might be improved on is not having the customer pay shipping. Maybe having lower trade in values for a free shipping label? Just a suggestion! Thanks for making it so easy.

The game I received was in fantastic shape, especially for its price. Shipping was fantastic as well and it arrived within a few days!

One small thing note. What I ordered did not come as it appeared in the image. The game I hoped to receive was Pokémon Colosseum with the NOT FOR RESALE cover as shown in the image but to my disappointment, I ended up receiving a normal non-NOT FOR RESALE copy. Honestly though its not a major concern, It merely would have been extra brownie points amongst fellow collectors as the NOT FOR RESALE copy is a bit more rare.

Overall I am incredibly satisfied with my purchase, and will be checking back in on this website for more good deals!

I previously wrote thst i hadnt gotten my order yet but i had forgotten about the icy weather the whole country has had. ( where i live we didnt get any ice or snow). Resulting in super slow mail all across the u.s. i apologize for my hasty review. Im still waiting for my order but its supposed to be here soon.
