Our son is a very keen Under 9 Keeper for local team and has gloves, padded shorts and tops from the OneGlove which is great quality. we recently had a small issue with a new pair he purchased last week. the gloves arrived yesterday, i had chat via insta reporting the issue they advised me to contact support team via email. i sent email and the response was immediate. they were already aware of the issue from the social team and a replacement pair has been shipped. Great customer service, great product.

We’ve used one glove for for over 8 years.
My young lad does 4 sessions a week, plus a fake and plays at a good level.
But that is hard going on gloves. A couple of times we’ve come away from what would probably have been without knowing less suitable gloves, which haven't lasted a heavy session on Astro, more than good enough for a goalkeepers usual 45-1hr sessions once a week and game.
One glove communication has been excellent both times and resolved highly satisfactorily.

Sorry to hear the gloves didn’t meet your expectations after the first match.
The palms on performance gloves are made from soft natural latex, which is designed to grip the ball as much as possible. To create that grip, the latex has to be soft. The downside is that softer latex will naturally show signs of wear very quickly, sometimes even during the first game or training session.
This is completely normal across all goalkeeper glove brands. What often looks worrying at first is just surface abrasion, where tiny pieces of latex shave off when the glove contacts hard ground like astro or artificial turf. Even though the palm may look scuffed, the grip underneath remains strong and the gloves can continue performing well while plenty of latex remains.
Gloves that appear to last longer visually are often made with tougher synthetic materials or harder latex, which resist abrasion better but don’t provide the same level of grip on the ball. It’s always a balance between grip and durability, and every goalkeeper eventually finds the type that suits them best.
Having reviewed the chain with our customer service team, I'm glad we could resolve things with a goodwill 30% voucher for your next order, and based on the images within the chain, I can confirm that the gloves are still in great condition with plenty of life left in them.

Shannon, the customer service representative, was excellent. I’ve been using One Glove for about a year now, and I’ve loved the pair I have. After some quality and sizing issues with a new pair of gloves I received, I wasn’t sure I’d buy again from this company, but Shannon was able to get me sorted with a free replacement. I feel like this company (and especially Shannon!) went above and beyond to make it right.
