Ik kocht een "Funko Pop" Pokemon advent calender. Ik kreeg de doos maar er zaten fake slechte knockoffs in.

I ordered from Online Collective, the experience feels like a Shopify dropship operation. Delivery took much longer than a normal Dutch shop. The site talks about a ‘team,’ but it seems to be run mostly by one person, which makes sense given how small and inconsistent the operation feels. Some products look suspiciously like Chinese imports rather than official merchandise, which makes me question authenticity.
I wouldn’t call it a total scam—they are a registered Dutch company and I did receive my item—but if you’re looking for reliable shipping or guaranteed official products, not sure this is the place. Only order if you don’t mind long waits and possible knock-offs. Pay with PayPal or a method that gives you buyer protection.
Tiny company, not a real “collective.” Registered as The Online Collective (VOF) at Weissenbruchstraat 194, 2596 GL Den Haag, KvK 94000190. Listings show 2–5 employees—so “team” is marketing gloss at best.
Shopify storefront. Footer literally says “Powered by Shopify.” That’s the standard stack for dropship stores.
No phone; email only. Their own policy pages point you to email; Terms/policies don’t list a working phone (“Telefoonnummer: Niet van toepassing”). Low-touch support is typical when one person runs it.
Long delivery window. They set expectations around 10–15 working days, which is classic “ships from CN warehouse” timing.
Reputation is polarized. Trustpilot shows ~3.5/5 with multiple complaints about delays/quality—fits a dropship model where the seller doesn’t control stock.
Parallel domain activity. There’s an onlinecollective.shop (Metaregistrar; Mijndomein nameservers) registered in 2024—typical hedging/alias behavior for small shops.
