Last order got sent wrong item

Update: Oodie has reached out and resolved my remaining concern. Would definitely recommend products as they are really good quality.
Last order got sent wrong item, item I order was out of stock. Ended up keeping the oodie, but no goodwill gesture was offered which was a little disappointing considering they made an error

I absolutely love Oodie

I absolutely love Oodie! When the winter is around you neeed an Oodie! I am genuinely convinced that everybody needs at least one. Customer service is amazing, shipping is extremely fast and it is a wonderful gift for anyone else as well. They got a permanent fan, for sure! Love all the designs, can't wait for what else Oodie comes out with.

Wrong size

I bought a Oodies for my husband but it was the wrong size. Sending it back and getting the right size was very straight forward and it only took a few days. He is now very happy with his Oodie

Customer service excellence

I accidentally ordered the incorrect item and when it arrived it was too small. Oodie sent me an exchange item and hassle free return instructions within a few minutes. In 3 days I had my replacement oodie and I absolutely love it!

Amazing customer service

I bought an oodie and had it a few months but the stitching was falling apart in a few places. I sent an email to them and they were happy to exchange it for me, the customer service was swift and friendly and they helped me to create a returns label as I was having trouble my end. The new one turned up quickly and all is good now! Even though I had a faulty product, it's so comfy and the customer service was amazing so I'd happily by from them again (shout out to Jay and Kaia for the amazing customer service)

Cooling Sleep Tees for the win.

As someone who is going through perimenopause, their sleep tees have SAVED me. They’re so light to sleep in and cooling. I bought one on a desperate whim, and I’ve since gone back and bought another cooling one and the short pjs for summer. They come within 48 hours and are well packaged. They do have a strange scent when you open them; but I just wash them before I wear them and they’re good to go. Really pleased with them.

Disappointed

Customer service was not helpful at all and did not answer my question and just sent me a link to return the item. I would have actually liked an answer.
I also feel that spending such an amount on an oodie it would have felt fluffier and warmer. Currently my cheap Primark one is preferable.

Love my original Oodie and bought the…

Love my original Oodie and bought the jacket this year. Super comfy!!! Loved it but unfortunately it started falling apart after only two months.

Lost Oodie

The experience I received from the Oodie company was superb, I first ordered this Oodie for a family members Xmas present but unfortunately it did not arrive - I contacted Oodie just recently and they sorted it out and resent it and my family member received it the next day. 100% customer satisfaction.

Cannot wait to get into this hug of a…

Cannot wait to get into this hug of a coat when I need to go outside, knowing I will be warm AND dry!

We already have an Oodie each for indoor wear, and then purchased the Outdoor Jackets, which are used by all of us (three adult daughters and me). I then saw one of the new upgraded Outdoor Jackets on sale, the Steel Blue colourway, and leapt at the opportunity, as I couldn't have justified purchasing another coat otherwise.

I am so glad I did! This is a noticeable upgrade, and is a total joy to wear. Warm, waterproof, massive hood and pockets, and makes me smile every time I know I need to go outside, which is a total 180 on just about every other coat I have ever had.

Highly recommend :)

P.S. Have been looking for an opportunity to review this, as I have been so happy with it!

Very disappointed!

I bought a sleep tee after reading some good reviews. To say I am disappointed is an understatement. Firstly I’d read that they were comfortable and temperature regulating. In my circumstance this couldn’t be further from the truth. It is so large I constantly wake through the night because I get tangled up in it! It’s fine for sitting around in but not for sleeping. Also the pilling is horrendous, the whole thing is covered. Once washed it takes a long time to dry naturally as they are not tumble dry. Considering the price, the sleep tee is definitely not worth the money. I certainly won’t purchase from Oodie again.
