Review summary

Created with AI, based on recent reviews

Looking at 341 reviews, reviewers overwhelmingly had a great experience with this company. Customers consistently praise the platform for its engaging and thoughtful surveys, noting that they are well-designed, varied in topic, and often quick to complete. Many appreciate that their opinions feel valued and that the overall user experience is smooth and free of technical issues. The company is frequently highlighted for its honesty and for providing partial compensation even when users are disqualified from a survey, which is seen as a significant advantage over competitors. However, some people were dissatisfied with the payment process and the screening for surveys. A few users mentioned issues with not receiving the promised amount of coins or being disqualified from surveys after spending a considerable amount of time answering questions. There were also complaints about being asked the same preliminary questions repeatedly only to be deemed ineligible, and some felt that the screening process was too strict, leading to wasted time.

I am writing this review to warn others…

I am writing this review to warn others about TheoremReach and their involvement in a system that allows users to be denied payment after their survey work has already been monetized.

For over four years, I completed surveys provided by TheoremReach through Cointiply. During that time, I completed thousands of surveys that were accepted as valid and clearly generated revenue for TheoremReach and their partner. My account was always in good standing. I never received any warnings, restrictions, or notices of wrongdoing.

The moment I requested my first cashout, my account was immediately suspended and all of my earnings were withheld. This happened shortly after the withdrawal request. I was accused of violating terms, but no specific rule was cited, no evidence was provided, and no explanation was ever given. Appeals resulted in generic responses with no details.

After looking into this further, it became clear this is a common pattern. Many users report being allowed to complete TheoremReach surveys for long periods of time, generating revenue for them, only to be banned at the exact moment they attempt to withdraw their earnings.

TheoremReach benefits directly from this arrangement. They supply surveys, collect user data, and get paid for completions while their partner platform blocks users from receiving payment. Claiming that this is solely the platform’s responsibility does not remove accountability. TheoremReach chooses who they do business with and continues to work with platforms where this behavior is repeatedly reported.

From a user perspective, this feels like exploitation. Time and personal data are taken and sold, but payment is denied when it is due. Until TheoremReach takes responsibility for its partners and ensures users are actually paid for completed surveys, they should not be trusted as a legitimate survey provider.
