I still haven't received the order

Please, do not order from this website! Yes, the products look nice and they probably are, but the service is just appalling! I ordered a hamper with them in mid Dec 2023 for a dear friend. It was an express delivery within 1-3 business days. First, I never received a tracking number. After a couple of days of nothing, I tried to contact them through their website, email address, but no response. Then, I found a contact on Messenger. Finally, someone replied. They sent a replacement package as the original was probably lost. So I got a tracking code. But instead of it going to my friend, it was coming to me. So I contacted them again. They had to send another replacement to the correct address. That took 3 weeks. Then, I ordered again on 30 Jan 2024, as I was given a voucher. This time I got the tracking code, but since then, it just says 'Ready for processing' and it's been over a month now and counting. No one replies to emails or Messenger... So you've been warned!

Amazing gift hamper

I purchased a gift hamper for my husband and he loved it! Great selection of products and the scents were made from essential oils instead of fragrances which I love. Fast delivery, I got it sooner than I expected. Will definitely be coming back for future present buying!
