This is nothing more than a scam. “John Casslle” appears to just use fake names, and never deliver. He’s a dirtbag. Avoid at all costs. Still waiting 10 months for my product.

This is a scam. They string you along for months so it makes them difficult to get a charge back from your credit card company.

I had to go to our government finance ombudsman to get it resolved.

I started the chargeback process when emails started to bounce back.

If you have ordered to not go past 30 days before you charge back or you may loose your money

This person is a professional scam artist that leaps from one online business to another, he takes your money and gives constant excuses after failing to send any product, he won't issue a refund on his end so you will have to go through your bank or PayPal.

This company is a scam, which is well documented on various forums. Unfortunately, I never checked those forums before making a purchase. The owner, I assume, was originally fairly responsive to email but made numerous excuses for not delivering my order. Both registered email addresses no longer have valid routes, so email is undeliverable. Stay away!!!

STAY AWAY! Horrible company that strings you along. They claim 2-4 week turn around, but NEVER deliver even close to those time frames. I ordered almost 4 months ago and with every email to them asking for an update, they continue to give cookie cutter replies and essentially say wait a little bit longer.

Scam has been almost a year since ordering, I send them emails for when my order will ship, and they string me along with oh next week every time, pretty obvious I got played.

I believe it is a scam. I was willing to wait for a quality product but they are filled with empty promises that "it'll get sent next week" and never does. Waited over 5 months with no results. I would stay away from this company. Had to do a credit card dispute.

I waited months for some carbon guards and never got an update, they just copy and paste the same response to multiple customers with no real updates. They also block and delete all social media comments of people wanting updates on their orders. Thankfully I got my money back through a PayPal dispute.

Surprised nobody has tried to review these guys here yet. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. The guy has a record of operating the same business under several different names once people catch on that it's a scam. Take a look at the Porsche subreddit, WRX subreddit, Rivian forums, and more to see just how bad this guy is.

They were a week out of their delivery window and failed to ship despite their promises the prior week. He refused to give me a refund despite failing to deliver the product on time and I had to initiate a PayPal dispute to get my money back.
