The worst customer service! This company steals from the consumer! I was sent half of my order…they advertise 2packs (red and blue) you will NEVER see them! They advertise quick response…they reply to NO emails, and they have NO phone number to contact. They are complete FRAUDS!

Absolute crap and lies!
Flying orb broke within 10 minutes of gentle adult use. Have tried to contact company 5x. NO RESPONSE. Waste of money and time.

Orbs do not work as advertised. The charging connection is too fragile.Orb does not turn off easily. Needs to be charged frequently. Company is ignoring my refund request to return 6. It’s been nearly a week and I have made 2 requests.

Update: 20 days later, they are still not responding to my refund request. I have sent numerous via their on-line form and email.

Ordered 7 orbs. They do not do what they are advertised to do. Website says they are returnable but must have return authorization. They answer no emails, give no phone number or return address. On the return page it tells how easy it is to get in touch or talk to a person. It is all a lie. You cannot get in touch with anyone by email or phone. Lost ~$190 on this scam.

DO NOT BUY! PRODUCT IS GARBAGE!!!! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!

Haven’t given the other one as a gift yet knowing it too is probably junk

Ordered 2 orbs on 12/7. On 12/14, received a shipping notification. On 12/24, I sent an email because the order hadn't moved through USPS (indicating that a label had been printed, but not dropped or picked up by USPS...a common delay tactic.).

Amazingly, the package finally shipped on 12/27 and we received it on 12/29. But not before we had to scramble and buy two more locally to give as gifts as originally intended.

Now...that said, if I'd received at least ONE reply to the numerous emails I sent, then I probably wouldn't be here. I understand delays happen, etc. I do not understand the lack of communication.

LASTLY, do not be duped by the claims of this being the "Original" anything. Based on the reviews, most of us received generic and miscellaneous versions of the same garbage you can buy anywhere. In fact, the ones we bought locally are significantly more substantial and cost less.

Total scam. Whoever wrote their online ad was really good at instilling confidence in this fraudulent company. I purchased two orbs for Christmas on Dec 5. Their tracking number is bogus. Correspondence goes unanswered. From now on, I’m putting my trust in Amazon and checking this and other review sites if I buy from someplace else online. Will do my best to make a complaint report about my experience with this “company” to all bureaus that deal with egregious scammers like these.

My order was placed on December 5th. They immediately took my payment of $53.90 thanking me for my purchase and told me it was being processed to be shipped. On December 14th they sent me a tracking number however as of December 20th the post office has yet to receive such order. I have reached out to them on numerous occasions through their store website. They have now blocked me from their store website and I am unable to send messages. Everyone that has been ripped off by them should flood them with messages at the original flying orb.com. My grandchildren specifically chose these gifts as a Christmas present. With their continued deceptive practices these people need to be sent to prison for a long time!

Fake company. They have a Gmail account and I was stupid enough to fall for this and I paid over $100. Now my kids won’t have Christmas presents and I have to hope my bank will help my with a dispute. Shameful

I read reviews of this company on Trust Pilot but I can't find the company now. This company basically steals money from you. I ordered from them and never received my items. I never received an email with a confirmation number or order number. They don't have a phone number to call. I have emailed them 4 times without a response. The money was taken from my account right away. They are in Phoenix Arizona and thats all I know about them. I read a lot of reviews that said the same thing happened to them. The reviews on their website are fake. I have put in a complaint with the BBB about them. They need to be stopped. I now have to find alternate Christmas gifts for a couple of people.
