Total Scam - avoid at all costs!
I paid £16.99 to Find Theory Test to help me find an earlier test slot, but I never received a confirmation email or any communication whatsoever. They took my money and I’ve heard absolutely nothing back.
No new test date, no updates—just silence. I’ve emailed multiple times and tried calling, but no one replies and no one picks up the phone. It’s a complete scam, and I strongly urge others to avoid this company. Don’t waste your money like I did!

I signed up for this service and they moved my test up by 2 weeks within the space of an hour. Trying to get my license within the next month so this makes a huge difference for me. Highly recommend.

Please don’t use them, they are scammers. I’ve been waiting for months now for the refund I’m owed and they promised because they booked the wrong test date and didn’t tell me.
Customer service were amazing at first but then they stop answering and ignore you. I’m looking into trading standards now, that’s a lot of money wasted.

Impossible to get hold off
Impossible to get hold off. Changed the date of my test without checking it was ok. Could not get through on the phone. Emailed to say please do not amend my date again and a,L I received back was an email to say they will continue to check for an earlier date and amend.
Had a call back. Apparently problems with their phone lines.
Automatic change of test date taken off and am now happy with the revised day
