Fast responses, but no delivery

I got the recommendation by a friend who had lightsabers from them, and they look good quality, and my friend is happy with them. However I might have had a terrible bad luck, ordered my sabers 3 months ago, but no idea when/if I’m going to get them. I contacted them and learned that it got lost, and it has been quite stressful to have to frequently follow it up. At least when I contact them via Facebook they quickly respond, but mostly saying apologies and asking to wait more.

So because of my experience I’m not sure if I would recommend it to a friend, unfortunately.

Duty Fee And 100 for Shipping

THEY charged me $60 for shipping already and then another $37 I got charged for the Duty fees. That is almost $100 ! I randomly got charged this to be able to accept my package. There was no communication.
On their website listing, they say there may be a nominal fee which would be equal to a few dollars.
So after being charged all that for shipping, I am very disappointed in the packaging you provided for my lightsaber order.
I purchased from the Ultimate Works and got a custom Sabers box with foam protection before and like all the other high-quality lightsaber stores, like 89 sabers,Korbanth and elf sabers, the saber box is always included! My Sabers were shipped in bubble wrap and thin cardboard, not the custom Sabers box with layers of foam? That is not a good practice for a high-end lightsaber company and not what saber collectors would expect for the price.
The right thing for them to do and to be fair would be issue me a partial refund and or ship me the lightsaber boxes that go with these lightsabers when purchased individually. The Pach store customer service did NOT understand this concern and provide outstanding customer service. The sabers were in good shape.
