Extremely Disappointing – Misleading Service and Withheld Refund
I paid for express delivery, clearly advertised as a 2-day service, yet my order arrived more than two weeks late. By the time it eventually arrived, I had already left my city.

The goods were subsequently returned to the seller, yet my request for a refund has been refused. The company is now citing a “specific return procedure” which, to my knowledge, is neither clearly stated on their website nor provided at the time of purchase.

The situation is simple:
• I did not receive the goods within the agreed timeframe.
• The goods were returned to them.
• They have retained my payment without fulfilling the order as promised.

I used the Packlite backpack for a weekend trip and was amazed by how much it held. The compartments made packing super easy, and it stayed comfortable throughout. Great choice for all types of travel!

Took this bag on holiday and it was a total win. Super roomy for its size, managed to pack clothes, toiletries, and my iPad. Comfy to carry and love the little back pocket for my passport.

Really impressed with how fast and helpful the customer service team was. Had a few questions before ordering and they replied quickly, really friendly too. The bag itself is great quality, but the service honestly made the whole experience even better

Game-Changer for Travel
I’ve tried so many travel bags over the years, but The PackLite has seriously blown me away!

Delivery was smooth, and everything came packaged neatly. I also had a quick question before ordering, and the customer support team replied within hours. Big up Adam!

Honestly, if you travel regularly or even just want to be more organised when packing, this is a must-have. Will definitely be coming back for gifts and future launches.

When I ordered this bag I did not expect to have problems opening it. I have rheumatoid arthritis and am unable to open the bag. I have been told to watch the video which does not help at all. I wish to goodness I had not used this company. I had to send pictures to prove the bag is not used even although the problem being I cannot even open it. I have now been told I can return but I need pay postage. It’s a disgrace especially when this not my fault. Any other reputable company would accept the return and pay for postage. I will never ever use this company again. You can buy a Durable large capacity vacuum compression bag for £36.76 from Tik toc and you can return without having to pay postage. This company does not take any responsibility for anything for its customer. The packaging was bad and very tight and when opened was virtually impossible to put back in and this meant that I had to add my own extra packaging in order to hold the items.

I ordered The Packvac™ and The Packlite™ bag from PackLite, expecting premium-quality products based on the branding, website descriptions, and marketing — especially the price point.

However, what I received were unbranded, low-quality items that appear to be generic products drop-shipped from China, widely available online for a fraction of the price. The bag in particular had no PackLite branding, tags, or finishing that would reflect the premium experience I was sold.

I raised a complaint with their customer service, requesting a full refund and reimbursement of return postage (which is standard under UK consumer rights when products are misrepresented). The response was defensive, denying any fault, and they tried to shift full responsibility for return shipping to me. They even included threatening language around "fraudulent chargebacks" — despite my clearly stated willingness to return the items in unused condition.

This experience felt dishonest and unprofessional, and I would caution others to look very carefully at reviews and comparable products elsewhere before buying. The quality and transparency do not match the price or the impression created by their marketing.

Still hoping for a fair resolution, but as of now, I cannot recommend this company.
