Extremely Disappointing – Misleading Service and Withheld Refund
I paid for express delivery, clearly advertised as a 2-day service, yet my order arrived more than two weeks late. By the time it eventually arrived, I had already left my city.
The goods were subsequently returned to the seller, yet my request for a refund has been refused. The company is now citing a “specific return procedure” which, to my knowledge, is neither clearly stated on their website nor provided at the time of purchase.
The situation is simple:
• I did not receive the goods within the agreed timeframe.
• The goods were returned to them.
• They have retained my payment without fulfilling the order as promised.
