I ordered a rug, contacted them after a week was told they will get in touch with their supplier and get back, another week passed and I contacted them again to be told the same, another week passed contacted them again and they said they don't have the stock so will issue a refund, another week has passed, no rug no refund, lucky I paid with PayPal so I've had to escalate it with them to get my money back which will take another week,

Great service from the team… after I ordered I emailed to ask if they could do a rapid delivery (which wasn’t an option at checkout) so it arrived I. Time for my wedding anniversary. They were responsive and willing; they did just that and organised express delivery. Beautiful item delivered in good time…hoorah!!

Loved the attention to detail re the order fulfillment process - very nice product as well

From the moment we placed the order Lloyd and the team were fantastic, and reached out by phone almost immediately to check all was ok with the order and to talk through how the delivery would work, electrical options etc. Great service.
Also, the delivery team from Palm Spas were also fantastic and gave a good demo, with some really excellent real life tips on how to get the best out of the spa.

My experience buying sofa with this family run business has been excellent. They had the best price for this particular sofa online. Lloyd was also very responsive to my queries around delivery dates etc (I need to the delivery to work around the times we were out of country). The delivery was smooth and even earlier than expected. No complaints with the sofa so far. All in all, I am a happy customer.

Fast delivery, beautiful product, on speaking with the owner the customer service was sincere and very helpful.
Also noticed their prices were lower than anywhere else for the same bedframe I purchased.
I would definitely like to buy again from the company.

I ordered the Antique Gold Flamingo Lamp on the 26/01/2023 and received order confirmation.
PayPal notification received of refund on 07/02/2023.
No order cancellation notification or apology received from Pack Design customer service.

Absolutely beautiful items large and small. Everything I had was absolutely stunning. I would definitely buy again will be purchasing another wreath soon. Communication about stock was excellent. Can’t fault it!

If there is no stock of a particular item then why not show that on the web page when ordering? It let me order a rug, I then got an email saying it was being prepared for shipping, then a few days later that it was out of stock for 2 months! Refund issued promptly but could have all been avoided, all it does is annoy the end customer.

UPDATE: After my review Lloyd got in touch with me and apologised several times for my mails seemingly not having been dealt with accordingly. It seems that there was a delay from Julian Bowen side as well, that caused further delays. This has now been dealt with and seeing how they apologised on several occasions reassuring me that this isn't how they normally operate, I have decided to amend my review accordingly.

My order arrived quickly, with a professional delivery team. In general, the item I ordered looks really great, however, upon unpacking I found some small damages to some parts, which I took pictures of and reached out to the support with. The agent on the chat said to send an email to deal with this, which I did right away. I then didn't hear back, so 2 weeks later I decided to follow up. I received a quick answer saying they'd follow up. Again, 2 weeks later, I followed up but this time didn't receive any reply.

I didn't want to return the item (mentioned this on my email too), but would have appreciated a slight discount due to the damages I documented. If I had really wanted to return this item or had waited for them to get back to me, I'd still be stuck with an unassembled chest of drawers lying around.

So in general I'd say the delivery was amazing and the product itself too minus the dents.

Took the money, then contacted a week later to say the item was not available. Why advertise it then??

I ordered two Julian Bowen wardrobes and a Julian Bowen dressing table. The items arrived on time and in perfect condition. I decided to return the dressing table as it was too bulky for the place it was intended. Julian Bowen took a really long time to send the collection link, and then I had to wait over a week for them to review the collected item. Despite the long delays from Julian Bowen, Lloyd from the Pack Design was extremely helpful in chasing up Julian Bowen and keeping me informed. He was always responsive to my emails and phone calls and did his best to create a positive experience. I would recommend the Pack Design (although I wouldn't currently recommend Julian Bowen due to the delays they caused).

Hadn't seen the chair first hand, but felt secure in my purchase - even with a possibe return. The best price to be found online, by far - believe me, I looked. Up-to-date messaging meant I knew when to expect my delivery. Absolutely delighted with the whole process and love love love my new chair. Chuffed.

This purchasing experience delivered in all aspects. The initial enquiry was handled very politely, effectively and professionally. The response was quick and the prices great. The delivery was on time and actually on the date booked. The Julian Bowen Marlborough furniture is just stunning and it was all followed up with a courtesy phone call from Lloyd. What more could you ask for?
