Lumps in paint
Use this company a lot usually without problems with the products but this time had 4 x 10l stormshield masonry paint mixed in Cornish cream
Every tub was full of dried skinned paint in big lumps
Couldn’t wait for replacements had job had to be done
Review now edited as Paintshed got back to me immediately and I know through that if I’d had time to do so,they would have resolved the problem
Hasn’t put me off using them again as products in the past have always been good and great customer service

Efficient Service
I ordered a Benjamin Moore paint sample colour matched to another brand online. It was really easy to do and I wasn't aware you could do it online. I then went on to order a full sized tin. I had contacted customer services with a few questions and they were really helpful. I had assumed I could pick up in store but I was advised that for this brand I couldn't so it had to be ordered. Though it was good that they mentioned it so I avoided a wasted trip. Would definitely use again.

Great even when it goes wrong
as with any review it is only really worth knowing how things were handled when it went wrong my pot of paint was lost in the post and no sooner did I mention it I was sent a new one no drama, arrived in a couple of days perfect service I was after PVC paint as nowhere nearby sells it great range of products.
