I ordered this for my son 2 weeks prior to his birthday and after I ordered it I read the reviews and got a bit concerned and wondered if I should cancel. Glad I didn't, the product arrived on his actual birthday but 2 weeks later, and this was coming from China!! Some people commented on how long it took to get but maybe they missed the part where it says when they would ship out as it was made very clear on the website. The updates on the shipment were up to date and I checked in daily on it in the hopes it would arrive in time. The product is great and he loves it! My son kept telling me to trust Denis...as if he knows him personally!

the absolute BEST Company ever. I got my child a Denis plushie, Alex Galaxy Mug, Denis back to school package, and Denis, Alex, Sub, and Sketch sticker. The same night I looked at the reviews and saw Terrible reviews. I got worried but the next night I GOT THE ORDER AND EXACTLY HOW I ORDERED IT. don't belive the other reviews, they are just haters.

I ordered a meows backpack September 2nd.still have not recieved.i keep sending emails to them.but no date when its coming.do not oder from this company!!

Horrible company didnt realize that this company is based out of china instead of Canada or USA. I am still waiting over a month for merchandise!!!

This is by far the worst company ever. I ordered something on August 4th and it’s september 18th and I have not received my sons backpack. The email service is horrible . I don’t get answers. I called fed ex and they stated we haven’t received anything from them to ship to you. I haven’t even received any calls like I requested the Denis could care less about his fans. My son is very disappointed and I will never order from him again.

They are really rude when you ask about the date of delivery it took me about a month to receive my order and when i asked all they told me if you like you can cencel your order because we dont have a shipping date now but when we do i you decide to keep your order we will send you a tracking number

They removed corls merch and the merchandise is too much money for what it is. like am I going to get denis’ back to school bundle for 104.99 dollars or the onesie for 45 dollars? Not to mention That their customer service is completely garbage. I contacted them and they replied with the most unlogical reply ever.

I wish I'd read the reviews before placing my order.... It's been weeks and i've heard nothing from them since receiving my order confirmation. My son is going to be extremely disappointed if this bookbag and lunch box doesn't show up, and since school starts tomorrow, we now have to convince him to buy a different set,which as a parent, i really don't have the heart to tell him.

Not Satisfied with this website. I placed my order in November and I did not received my order. Christmas came and I had not received my order I placed to gift. I had to make last minute purchase to cover this order i didn't received. They made an error in my address by adding an additional number and now I've being charge additional fees to get my order resend. I demanding a full refund!

Total Thiefs! I ordered a lot of stuff from this company for my sons christmas, $190 worth to be exact and then I was charged their ridiculous shipping charges of $62. Outrageous enough as it is, however the order never turned up, even though I received tracking to say it had been delivered. This is not 3 weeks after christmas and I am still trying to got a refund for my $252 purchase. I have now received an email from someone on their customer service team stating that the packages were stolen or lost by their shipping company, basically admitting fault, but stating they cannot fully refund me as they are a small company an cannot absorb the cost of the full order. This is actual downright theft and is completely illegal! I have emailed back insisting a full refund instead of a partial refund. This is outrageous business practices and to be honest, I think this shop is run by crooks. My little boy was extremely disappointed on xmas day as these were the only things he asked me for specifically. Beware buying from these con men, they have no phone number, only email which is the first sign that they are not a proper company! Please save yourself the bother and buy from a legitimate store and stay away from these thieves!

I ordered a galaxy dog plushie on dec 7. Got it on dec 24th a day before Christmas. Before ordering I was warned that it was not guaranteed christmas delivery that shipping would take 10-20 days. When I read the reviews they are horrible & I was very worried I wouldnt even recieve the plushie, but I did & the plushie looks very nice. He loved it, it was the only thing on my 5yo wish list.

Terrible! Agree that this is likely a scam. Ordered a Denis Big Box thing and I got some sort of fabric with a piece of Velcro on it which we have no idea what it is but it has the same tracking number so we obviously got the wrong package. When we trace the address it came from a pet store in Monroe Twp, NJ so obviously there was a mix up. I’ve sent pictures, screen shots, and numerous emails with no response. I should have looked closer that there is only a customer email, no phone number or address! And this was the one thing on his Christmas List!

I ordered a backpack, customer service is extremely poor...shipping using some worst courier company, still waiting to receive our package. its been 3 weeks. please dont order, maybe a scam!

Wow. Worst service ever. I cancelled something, they shipped it anyway and are now saying I cannot return it. BE CAREFUL - order at least 3 months before you need an item, or my recommendation would be don't order. It says track your order here and when you click it says no tracking information is currently available until it arrives on your doorstep 3 weeks after the promised date. Takes forever to receive a reply, and not helpful AT ALL. Not even sure they are responding from an English speaking country. Customer service is the worst ever.

I have sent numerous emails requesting the status of my delivery and a valid tracking number as the tracking number provided is invalid
I paid over 50 dollars for delivery close to 4 weeks ago

I have purchased a Sir-meows-a-lot onsie. It's very good quality but overpriced. I bought it so my daughter could use it as a Halloween costume and also as pj's. I saw that they are now selling Halloween bags. Price? $29.99!!!!
MY WORD! $30 for a trick or treat bag? I'd buy much more if the prices were more realistic!
