GREAT SERVICE
The gentleman that picked us up from the airport (CMH) not only loaded and unloaded our luggage - 4 large suitcases and 4 carry-on luggage, but he also put every piece in our car. We very much appreciated him doing all of this because we were in the air about 9 hours thus extremely tired

Comfortable and Convenient
I have been using The Parking Spot for a few years now and have always been satisfied. The lot is huge and easy to find. The airport is within ten minutes and they pick and drop you right next to your car. Once you create a free account online the booking process is also a breeze.

Great prices! Lots of shuttles so you’re never waiting! They pick you up right at your car when you arrive and drop you off at your car when you return! No wandering through the parking lot!

So fast and convenient
I pull up and scan my code and the attendant tells me where to park. In the 6 or 7 times I've used The Parking Spot, I think one time I had to wait longer than 5 minutes for the shuttle once. And then I'm taken to the airport and dropped off, just like that. And I've never waited more than 10 minutes for pickups, either (which is vital when it is the winter).One time, my flight was ridiculously delayed and I got in at 4am. I placed a call to the shuttle since I think it stops running regularly around midnight. The shutle was there to pick me up to take me to my car just 5 minutes later.
